This penthouse apartment (200m²) is on the upper floor of a luxurious villa with view of the sea, the mountains, La Caleta, Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas, in the garden town of Chayofa, municipality of Arona. From here, the 5 golf courses in the south can be reached within a few minutes. Tennis courts are in Chayofa. You do not necessarily need a rental car, but it is recommended.

The apartment with 200m² consists of living/dining room (120m²), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet for guests and terrace (70m²).
The living room contains huge sofa, dining area and additional seating corner.
In the kitchen from Siematic, there are ceramic hob, oven, fridge with icemaker and freezer compartment, water filter, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fruit press, iron and iron board, larder...
Each bedroom has a double bed. The parents' bedroom has a big wardrob and bath-en suite with round bath tub, shower, double washbasin, WC, bidet, urinal, bathrobes, make-up mirror.
The second bedroom also has bath-en suite with shower, washbasin, WC, bathrobes. A separate toilet for guests is there, too.
On the terrace, there are community pool.
