Property description
The penthouse flat with terrace is inexpensive and is located in the heart of El Medano, in the south of Tenerife. The flat has a furnished roof terrace (30sqm) with spectacular views on the sea.
When you step outside the door, there is the beach, the Plaza and the beginning of the beautiful beach promenade with lots of cute little cafes, restaurants and small shops.
El Medano is the perfect sport for sun lovers, families with children and surfers. There is a long sandy beach with local restaurants and tapas bars. If you look for a nice and quite place, away from the mass- tourism, el Medano is the perfect plact to be!
Equipment
In this flat there is space for up to 5 people and it is very modern and friendly. In the living area there is a bed (incl. Sleep function), a satellite TV and a wooden table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee maker. A washing machine is also available. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
From the 30m² terrace you have a beautiful sea view.
