Property description
The holiday cottage belongs to an excellent finca with 5 holiday houses situated in the green north of tenerife, in Tejina. The estate involves 60.000 square meters and was built in 1885. Its embedded in a quaint and peaceful surrounding and offers a fantastic view on the sea including romantic sunsets.
The country estate is beautifully appointed but we are only to mention the highlights here.
The finca is perfect for families, cause there's a lot of fun things and entertainment to keep the children 'in movement'. In the big garden they can let off some steam. There's a children's playground with sandpit, swings and playhouse. For grown ups the finca offers a volleyball/foodball court, a ping pong table and outdoor games such as boule (boccia).
A large luxury pool (incl. jet stream and telescope cover) and a hot tub are inviting all guests to refresh or to relax. Furthermore you have a barbecue area located in a small garden house.
The whole area contains of various covered and free oases of calm, sun-lounger terraces and other relaxing zones to enjoy a good book for example.
Hiking trails to the beautiful Anaga-mountains begin just in front the door. The beautiful and well maintained finca has received several awards including for ideal environmental awareness. We say: Thumbs up!

The holiday cottage has a living space of about 40sqm and shares one house wall with house C. It has one bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen and a dining room, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. The cottage is barrier free.
The living room has a sofa-bed for 1 children, a television with sat-receiption, a dvd player, radio and internet. The kitchen has 2 hobs, fridge/ freezer, microwave, mixer, juicer, coffee maker and other common kitchen equipment. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1,35m x 1,90m). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin , bidet, WC.
The private, furnished sun terrace is accessible from the living room and offers just in the evenings a beautiful view.
