In the quiet Callao Salvaje, on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife, lies this beautiful holiday villa for 9 people. With 5 bedrooms and 218 m² of living space, you have plenty of room here to spend your holiday with a large family or group of friends.

In Callao Salvje there is a beautiful bathing bay with a sandy beach as well as the village centre with restaurants and many other shops. There is also a well-maintained tennis court and a pitch & putt golf course.

The golf courses in Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos as well as the numerous sandy beaches along the coast are only a few minutes away by car.

The living room of the holiday house villa is bright and spacious and is located right next to the pool area. The furnishings are light, bright and airy and modern.

The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything you need for cooking and eating. As well as a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and much more, there is also a dishwasher so no one has to do the washing up on holiday.

Of the 5 bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and en-suite bathroom (with bath). Three of the bedrooms have two single beds each and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

In addition to the bath in the master bedroom, there is a second bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet.

Even though the living area of the house is wonderfully spacious, the holiday here soon only takes place outside, because a private pool awaits you on the large terrace, which can be heated all year round for a fee. Sun worshippers will find 8 sun loungers here and thanks to the barbecue and the large dining table, it is a wonderful place to sit together.
