Comfortable holida house for 10 people on a finca in the south-west of Tenerife. On this finca, which is quietly located on the outskirts of the town Chio. This finca offers more than most fincas usually do. The finca has for example an indoor swimming pool, pool, wellness area, tennis court, garden chess, billards, golf putting green, yoga place. The application area with sauna, waterbed, massage beds and massage tub is available with a booked treatment.

On the area, that measures 11000m², there are two levels with one villa and 4 adjacent suits (upper level) and 4 detached holiday houses (lower level). The huge Bedouin tent is a highlight. It is also great for parties, seminars and the like.

This house with its own garden, terrace and 4 bedrooms, is located in the middle of a park. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the west coast of the island La Gomera. In the holiday house which has you can feel home and spend individual holidays. In the spacious living room there are a open fireplace, WiFi, Sat TV, sofa bed for two other people and heating.

The separate kitchen-cum-living room, with original wood furniture and a dining table for 10 people, disposes of a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge with freezer, 4 hot plates (ceran), stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. There is a dining table in the living room that offers space for 10 people.

- The main bedroom has its own bathroom with a big shower and a bed (180x200) with two seperate mattresses.
- The second bedrooms has a double bed (160x200) and also its own bathroom.
- The third bedroom has a double bed (150x190) and the fourth bedroom has two single beds (90x200).
- The fourth bedroom is with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and the 3rd bathroom is also with shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms have a heater.

From the partly-roofed terrace with grill and comfortable seatings and loungers you have a wonderful view of the sea.
