The holiday house with a private pool got renovated lately and has enough space for 5 people. It is located in Callao Salvaje and just around 5 min away from the beach. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and a furnished terrace.
The house is in a pedestrian area, which means: no traffic noise. It is placed in a sunny and calm area with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach nearby.
Several parking spots are in the surroundings. Just two blocks away you will find a free public parking area.
In around 10min by car, you will reach the beaches Playa las Americas and Los Cristianos in the one direction and the beaches Playa San Juan, Playa de la Arena and Los Gigantes in the other direction.
Even different sport activities are nearby. The next golf course is around 5min away by car and a tennis court is in the sport center in Callao Salvaje.

The property has a size of around 500m² and the house around 100m².
From the large living area with the open kitchen, you have a good view to the pool. The kitchen is e.g. provided with: a stove and oven, a coffee machine and kettle, a toaster, refrigerator and dishes.
