Property description

In the most beautiful city of the island, in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, there is a large, well-kept edificio - directly between two parks - a wild, national park, the pretty and versatile scale Taoro Park (with a park restaurant/ café). In this house with lobby and elevator the flat is located on the 3rd floor.

In the outside area is a large heated swimming pool (diameter of about 18 m, depth 1.70 m) with a spacious sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols and outdoor showers. Next door are tennis courts, which you can use for a fee. Inside the house is for example, a ping pong table.
Despite the central location, it's really quiet and pleasant here, not at least thanks to the two adjacent parks. In the wild park behind the house, which is a national park, have parrots and other interesting bird species settled.
Right around the corner is the popular "Park Café" and next to it a new restaurant, that was taken by the residents satisfied. But otherwise, you are well served from the house, everything is within walking distance, either you can walk to the bakery around the corner (with German bread/ rolls offer) or into the city center to stroll/ shopping or to one of the beautiful sandy beaches - Everything here gives you a recreative and entertaining holiday. The hosts live in the house as well and the like to help und give helpful hints.

Equipment

The flat has about 58 square meters modern and tastefully furnished living space - divided into hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom. There is also a nice patio with nice furniture and with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Orotava Valley and up through the national park.

The owners see themselves as hosts, which is noticeable, among other things in the very well-equipped kitchen : It was thought of everything and spared no expense! Everything is in there - Large fridge/ freezer, 4-field ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, juicer.

The beds in the bedroom have a comfortable size 1.80 x 2.00m (two mattresses). There is a large wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps, a window with beautiful view and access to the patio. The WiFi reception is in the bedroom as good as in the living room and in the rest of the flat.

The dining table is integrated into the living room, but do not worry, it has enough space! In the living area is in addition to a comfortable and very comfy couch a flat screen with satellite channels (all conceivable programs) available. Again, there is a door to the patio.
The bathroom like everything else is in a perfect condition, has a bathtub with an integrated shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.

Who would like to grill meat has served on the electric grill, which is available on the terrace. Charcoal is of course due the fact that it's an apartment house, not possible.
For those who stay longer, there will be a washing machine and drying rack etc. A cot is available on request.

Note: (!) The landlord has in principle 1 secure car park (2 € per day) available - though he rented a total of 3 flats - first come, first served! ;)
