Property description
This flat is located directly on the beach in the wonderful bay of San Marcos, near Icod de los Vinos.
The accommodation, which is located on the 5th floor (2 lifts), is divided into a living / dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.
The living area has a comfortable sofa with TV.
The kitchen is integrated in the room - typically American- and has everything you need on holiday - f.e. 4 - plate cooker, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, coffee machine etc. In front of the sideboard you can dine at the table with space for up to 4 people.
The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 x 190 and 135 x 190) and fitted wardrobes. Bed linen as well as very good cover for colder days are also available.
The well-kept bathroom includes a shower with toilet and bidet. Hand and bath towels and a hair dryer are available for you.
There is a small balcony, separated by a glass sliding door, which offers a great view of the sea and on the evening you can enjoy romantic sunsets here.

Parking is also available on the beach.
In just a few minutes you can reach the beach of San Marcos, surrounded by high cliffs bathing bay with exotic dark sand, where you can swim all year round at pleasant water temperatures. Along the pretty beach promenade there are several restaurants, cafes and bars as well as the romantic fishing harbor.
In the vicinity there is much to discover. The town of Icod de los Vinos with its more than 1000 year old dragon tree or the coastal town of Garachico with the beautiful old town and the lava stone formed natural pools. Also, the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz, about 20km away, with the famous Loropark and many shops for strolling is always worth a visit.
