Holiday flat on a finca with pool - close to the sea in the sunny south Tenerife

6 holiday flats are on the well-kept finca with ca. 3000m² in the middle of a banana plantation (visiting possible) with Canary plants and flowers, lawn and paths. One of them is the flats „pequeño 1“.

The finca offers privacy, as it is not open to public view. It is close to the coast and Las Galletas with pebble beach, restaurants and shops (1km). The airport south is 8km away. You have view of the Teide and the Atlantic from the pool area with community pool (8 x 4 m), separate shallow pool, large sun terrace, sun loungers, shower and lawn. You can heat with a radiator (on request). There is also a roofed car park at the entrance of the property.

On the beach and in Las Galletas, you can go for a walk, swim, stroll or for dinner. The finca is also suitable for divers, as the diving school is ca. 800m away. There they offer equipment and dives with experienced diving teachers.

The flat „pequeño 1“ has 1 bedroom, living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom and private terrace, suitable for 2 people plus baby.

The equipment of the fitted kitchen consists of hotplates, oven, refridgerator, extract hood, crockery, coffee machine etc.) The living room is very beautiful with its pastel walls and granite. Apart from the kitchen, it contains a dining area, comfortable upholstered furniture to relax and sat-TV. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and even space for a cot.

The holiday flat has its own veranda area (approx. 5m²). From the flat and the veranda you have a view of the green garden.

The green garden with many plants and flowers is available to all holiday guests. Here you will find a pool (10 x 5m), a sun terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a table tennis table for the little ones and lots of cosy places to relax. From the pool area you have a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
