Holiday flat with sea view balcony in great location - Playa San Juan

The holiday flat is on the 2nd floor of a small complex in the sunny south of Tenerife, on the seafront in Playa San Juan. It has a balcony with fantastic view of the sea.

Playa San Juan is a popular tourist resort, as there is just a gentle tourism has emerged over the years. The original nucleus of the town has remained around the Plaza and below the sea.

The beach with a small harbor is within walking distance. You can watch romantic fishing boats and swim, always in warm waters and sunbathe, throughout the year. In addition, there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants with WiFi zone in the vicinity. The beach promenade along the sea is ideal for long walks.

The 60 square meters flat, located on the 2nd floor, can accommodate up to 2 people and is very bright and modern. Through a large balcony door you can even eat and cook looking directly to the Atlantic Ocean. The living and dining area has a cozy couch with satellite TV, a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen which is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and other cooking utensils. The bedroom has two single beds which stand together; size: 2 x 0,90 x 2,00m. The bathroom comes with shower, sink and toilet.

From the living area you have access to the comfortable balcony with sea view and enough space to relax. It offers sun loungers and a table with chairs.
