Property description
The 2 bedroom holiday flat is located in an excellent beach location right infront of the sea in the popular seaside village of Playa San Juan. Here in Playa San Juan live mostly locals, holiday flats are rare.
Playa San Juan is a popular resort. The plaza with benches in the shade of large, old trees, weird lava formations in the Atlantic, the harbor, narrow streets, small shops of all kinds, bars and seafood restaurants with fresh fish give the still original character of this fishing village, even if the place has now become modern .
A beach restaurant is also infront of the beach, shops, cafes, bars and other restaurants are within a short walking distance.
Equipment
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a semi-circular balcony. The furnisher and decor is bright and modern. A Fitted kitchen with oven, 4 ring stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, and so on.
The living room has sofa and dining table... The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. There is one bedroom with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00m) and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has the function to click on the upper bed to the wall, if you only need one.
There is a solarium (small room), which houses the washing machine.
The balcony with table and chairs offers a great view of the beach and the sea.
Note from the owner:
This flat with a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom can be booked with a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or with 3 adults.
There is Fresh bread for breakfast in a short distance. The flat is also ideal for overwintering and long-term vacations.
There is a basic set of hand towels, bath towels and dish towels in the flat. If you need more or want to have changed them, then please give the owner a notice. The same goes for bedding.
For arrivals after 22:30, a fee of 30 € will be charged.

The flat is beautifully situated with a direct view of the beach and the harbour. We also liked the sunsets that we could watch from the balcony. The flat is very suitable as a holiday home for three adults

The flat is very nice, very well equipped and very clean. The location is fantastic. The handover of the flat keys was a little difficult, but then it worked out. We missed the hanging seat on the balcony. Otherwise everything was fine.

We received a very friendly welcome. The accommodation was very nice with a fantastic view of the beach and the harbour! The disadvantage was that the accommodation was directly above a restaurant! Chairs, tables and parasols were moved from 7.30am! If you are not sensitive to noise, you will find a wonderful holiday home there.
