Holiday Flat - green finca with pool & garden near the sea - Tenerife South

This beautiful holiday finca with a total of six holiday flats is located on the sunny south-west coast, surrounded by a banana plantation.

The 3000 sqm grounds with many different plants and colourful flowers are not visible from the outside and therefore offer a private atmosphere for guests. From the pool area, with a communal pool (10 x 5 metres), you have a fantastic view of the Teide volcano and the Atlantic Ocean. Here you will also find a large sun terrace to relax on, an outdoor shower to cool off in between, plenty of sun loungers and a table tennis table for the little ones.

The nearby sea and the coastal town of Las Galletas with its small marina are just a few minutes' walk away. There are a few shops and restaurants in the village. There is also a diving centre and several stretches of beach. One beach is right next to the small marina, another is on the promenade and there is also a cosy little sandy bay to the side of Las Galletas surrounded by nature.
The popular & lively tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Las Americas with many more bright sandy beaches and a large selection of shopping facilities can be found 10 kilometres away.

Due to the proximity of Tenerife South Airport, aeroplanes can be heard depending on the weather and wind direction.

The flat with its rustic ambience extends over 75 square metres and offers space for up to 5 people. The spacious living area consists of a sofa, satellite TV, the dining area with table and chairs and the fitted kitchen. This is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and other cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms, which are also pleasantly large. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The flat has its own veranda area (approx. 5m²). From the flat and the veranda you have a view of the green garden.
