Small beach house with large sea view terrace in Igueste de San Andrés

In the idyllic village of Igueste de San Andres you will find this pretty little house with a living space of about 35 m² and a terrace of about 60 m².

Igueste is an enchanting idyllic mountain village in a narrow, green valley. If you are looking for a small village spared from any tourist hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.

The village of Igueste stretches along a fertile, lush green barranco to the sea.

Igueste is not only a quiet holiday village, but also an ideal starting point for various hikes. A walk, about 1 hour, to Playa de Antequera is also worthwhile. The bay with fine lava sand invites you to take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic.

The well-known beach Playa de las Teresitas with fine, light sand from the Sahara and green palm trees, is about 7 kilometres east in San Andres. The almost 2-kilometre-long Playa de las Teresitas on the elongated bay is considered well-kept, and there are plenty of parking spaces and snack bars.

The island's capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

The small holiday home with the large terrace is directly on the beach Playa de Igueste. You can reach the cottage via an approximately 400-metre-long footpath that leads along a green barranco; or you can choose an approximately 300-metre-long path, on which, however, there are some (partly steep) stairs to overcome.

The approximately 35 m² of the house offer space for a maximum of 3 people. The living and sleeping area is nicely furnished. You will find a double bed and a functional sofa that can easily be converted into a sleeping place for another person.

The holiday home has a new and well-equipped kitchen. Among other things, there is a ceramic hob and small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. A washing machine is available for use.

The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. You have space to get dressed.

Beautiful and relaxing hours can be spent on the approximately 60 m² terrace. In addition to sun loungers, you will also find a dining table with chairs. If you like, you can have your meals here with a fantastic sea view or end the day with a glass of island wine!
