Property description
Holiday flat with cosy wooden veranda for 3 persons only 50 metres above sea level in Playa San Marcos, in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos. The Playa San Marcos beach is an 8-minute walk away, and the Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Supermarkets and boutiques are available in Icod de los Vinos (2km).
San Marcos is located on the sunny northwest coast of Tenerife. With its fine, dark sand, San Marcos beach is a favourite bathing spot for local residents. The beach is particularly suitable for children as it is sheltered. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the beach. A lifeguard watches over the beach life. The beach is surrounded by a promenade with cafés, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy, which runs along the picturesque fishing harbour.
Equipment
The living room has a dining area and queensize sofa bed, table, SAT-TV and home cinema TV, as well as a panoramic window with a view of the coast.
There is a kitchenette with complete equipment, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, icebox, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, tea towels etc.
The bathroom has a separate shower area, glass washbasin, hand and bath towels and a window with a view to Teide and climbing rocks. There is a queensize double bed in the bedroom which has a view to the coast. Bed linen is provided in the wardrobe.
The wooden terrace offers a pergola, BBQ grill, seating area, lounger and parasol. You have access to the veranda (25m²) from the living room and the bedroom.
The location is wonderfully quiet, but not suitable for people with walking problems due to the access stairs.

It was a quiet location by the bay. The view from above, especially of the sea, was impressive.
You could enjoy the sun early from about 9:00 am, weather permitting.
