San Marcos and the beach of the same name, Playa de San Marcos, are located on the northwest coast of Tenerife, below Icod de los Vinos, directly by the sea. The sandy beach is sheltered in a bay. Despite several hotels and apartment buildings, Playa San Marcos is a small place in itself. You will still find original and private holiday homes here. The beach is nowhere near as crowded as the beaches of the tourist strongholds.

The studio is located in a residential building with 2 entrances in San Marcos. One entrance is at the back, where the parking spaces are also located, the second entrance is directly on the promenade.

With a living area of around 54 m², the studio is ideal for 2 people. The furnishing is modern, there is a living / bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a small dining area and an open modern kitchenette. The sofa can be converted into a bed in no time at all. If you wish, you can separate the sleeping and living area with a screen. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The shower room has also recently been renovated.

The balcony is furnished and offers a beautiful view of the sea.
