Property description
This holiday property is not located in the main building of the hotel. It is a private accommodation in the owner's area of the hotel complex. There is a separate entrance for the owners and their guests. You do not have to go through the hotel complex to get to the holiday home or to leave it.
The private bungalow belongs to the La Quinta complex below the 4-star Hotel La Quinta with its beautifully landscaped pool area. Due to its location within a row of bungalows built on a hillside directly on the coast of Stanta Ursula, you will not hear anything happening in the hotel or any street noise. A wonderful place to relax.
You can reach the bungalow either via a path at the side of the hotel, where you can easily carry your shopping, or from the pool area of the hotel, as there is a lift and stairs down from there.
The complex offers a wide range of leisure activities. For example, you can use one of the two swimming pools (one of which is for children) and relax on the sun loungers with parasols. Next to the pool area there is a bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The sea view from the pool area is also fantastic.
The use of the mini golf course and the table tennis tables is free of charge. For a small fee you can use the fitness / sauna / squash / tennis / play area / heated indoor pool or thermal bath. The cafe by the pool is open again ... from Wednesday to Sunday from 09.30 to 21 hrs.
Santa Ursula is a popular base for exploring the island's unspoilt north coast. In the surrounding area you will find a variety of activities. The mountains are only a few kilometres away. The nearby Orotava Valley with great hiking trails or the tourist pearl Puerto de la Cruz with its romantic old town, beautiful sandy beaches and the famous Loropark is always worth a visit.
Equipment
The bungalow offers space for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is 1.65m wide with a double bed and the other is 1.35m wide with a double bed. Another person can make themselves comfortable on the sofa with sleep function in the living room.
In addition to the sofa, the living room also has a coffee table, TV as well as board games and internet. The dining area consists of a table with 4 chairs and has been integrated into the living area. For 5 travellers you can add a chair from the balcony.
The well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave and other utensils.
The house has a 35m² furnished terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. In front of the house there is a small garden with approx. 20 m². A barbecue is also available.

The location on the cliff is spectacular and so is the view from the terrace. Shopping facilities and a good restaurant are nearby.
The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped and leave nothing to be desired.

Very nice location in the north of Tenerife and great starting point for excursions.
Also very quietly located below the Hotel Quinta Park.
For self-catering, there is a small supermarket within walking distance, and the Tasca next door with a decent range of food.The equipment of the flat is above average. In addition to complete kitchen equipment, there are hand towels, shower towels and even bath towels for swimming at the pool and/or on the beach. Everything worked perfectly. You know immediately that the landlady has put a lot of effort into the furnishings. Top! We can and will definitely recommend it.

Quiet with a magnificent view of the sea, Puerto de la Cruz and the Teide.
The highlight is of course the very large terrace and its very good furniture. The equipment and furnishings are of high quality and very tasteful and well maintained.
It was also positive that there was a basic supply of toiletries in the bathroom. And also in the kitchen (dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid). There was enough linen in the bathroom and kitchen. A bottle of water and wine were also available. Very nice gesture! The service by Mrs. Rodriguez was perfect.

The bungalow has a very good location with an open view from the terrace over Puerto de la Cruz and Teide, absolutely quiet and is easily accessible by lift or stairs.
Furthermore, you have another access / exit to the small supermarket, Lidl XXL and the village of Santa Ursula is reachable by foot in a few minutes.
The furnishing is very modern and in a very good condition, radiates positive energy.

Excellent location with super views of the sea and Teide.
The bungalow was very clean and fully equipped; especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired. The beds were very good. The welcome and briefing were very friendly and helpful. Hikes were also recommended by the owner.
