Bungalow with pool for 4 people in Santa Ursula

The location of the cottage is very good. The property is about 2000m² big and you have a great sea and Teide view. One can find all needed shopping facilities in Santa Ursula, a bus stop is about 200m away. The bus connection is very well in Tenerife, but a rented car is advisable. There is a foot path to the sea (black beach) and to Puerto. The Canadas are also reachable by foot, where you can go hiking.
The owners also live on the property. Together with them, you live on a wonderful and lovely area. The garden is bedecked with flowers, such as roses, gerberas, marigolds and snapdragons. Additionally, there are several terraces and the 30m² bis private pool.

You cottage is wonderful. Although it is conveniently located, it is also very quiet and calm, including a great view. The house is big enough for 2 to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and inludes a dish washer, too. The big living-room has got a conversation pit, television and a chimney (you can buy cheap firewood at pit stops), as well as a place to eat.
There are two bedrooms in the bungalow, the bigger one is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the smaller one includes a single bed, a dresser and an occasional table. There are also two bathrooms, while the main bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and a seperate shower, a wash basin and toilet etc. The smaller one has got a wash basin, toilet and washing machine.
You can relax in the garden, at your own pool or at one of the terraces with sea view.

Please note: Normally, you do not have to heat in the house in winters, but if there is one colder day, there is also a gas cenrtal heating.

In 10 minutes, you can find three big supermarkets. There are more shopping facilities and restaurants in the city centre of Santa Ursula.
