Holiday apartment on a finca with pool - close to the sea in the sunny south

On the well-kept property with ca. 3000m² in the middle of a banana plantation (visiting possible) with Canary plants and flowers, lawn, paths, ther are 6 holiday flats side by side. One of them is the „mediana 1“.

The finca is not open to public view and thus provides privacy for the guests. The nice aspect is, that the finca is close to the coast and the town of Las Galletas with pebble beach, shops and restaurants (1 km away). The south airport is 8 km away. Moreover, you have wonderful view of the Teide and the ocean from the pool area with community pool, separate shallow pool, large sun terrace, sun loungers, shower in the pool area and lawn. The flat can be heated by radiator (on request).
At the entrance of the property, there is a roofed car park.

The close sea and Las Galletas invite you to go for a walk, swim, go for a stroll, go out for dinner and much more. Due to its location, the finca is also popular with divers, as the diving school is only 800m away. The school offers equipment and dives with experienced diving teachers.
Washing machine and tumble drier can also be used. Due to the proximity of Tenerife South Airport, noise pollution can occur depending on the weather and wind direction.

The holiday flat „mediana“ disposes of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom and a private terrace.

The living room contains a convertible couch and there is also space for an additional bed. The rooms are spacious and thus suitable for 3 people + baby. The fitted kitchen has hot plates, oven, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, crockery, coffee machine... The living room with sofa and sat TV has a special ambience with round arch and wooden ceiling made of teak, pastel walls and granite.
In the spacious bedroom, you can find a double bed and a wardrobe.

The holiday flat has its own veranda area (approx. 5m²). From the flat and the veranda you have a view of the green garden.

The green garden with many plants and flowers is available to all holiday guests. Here you will find a pool (10 x 5m), a sun terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a table tennis table for the little ones and lots of cosy places to relax. From the pool area you have a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
