Property description
This detached holiday house, a detached so-called Casita (small house) with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is surrounded by a 60m² terrace and a garden (about 500m²) with view of the ocean and the mountain ”El Teide”. Beautiful location at Tenerife’s north coast in the middle of a banana plantation with typical Canarian vegetation in San Marcos, only 150 meters above sea level.
There are 2 further holiday houses on the property with separate entrance and driveway. Everyone who wants to spend his holidays off the beaten tracks is absolutely right here.
San Marcos with its same-named beach is located in the municipal Icod – Tenerife north. The region is a popular holiday destination for hikers, golfers (the next golf course is in Buenavista, about 10 km) and other active holidaymakers.
Good, signposted hiking trails are nearby. Icod de los Vinos is known for its historic city with the typical old houses and the “Parque del Drago” with the 1000-year-old dragon tree.
The region is shaped by its growing of fruits, especially bananas, the blossoming gardens, small Canarian villages, secluded coastal regions and small beautiful beaches.

This small detached holiday house has a living room with integrated bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is surrounded by a 60m² terrace and a garden (500m²) with view of the ocean and the Teide.
The small open kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, crockery, pans, etc. is in the living room. Furthermore, there is satellite TV and a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
Here you can relax in the garden with fruit trees or on the furnished terrace with sun loungers.
It is only 5 minutes on foot to the beach Playa San Marcos.

Nice, new redecorated and clean casita in a typical canarian style. Very quiet surrounding in the middle of a fruitgarden area. Close to the ocean. Absolutly nice and cooperative landlady. I would do my vacation there anytime again.
