Property description
This holiday flat is opposite the beach in the centre of Puerto Santiago / La Arena, a nice coastal town in the south-west of Tenerife. Playa La Arena is close to Los Gigantes and has, until now, escaped mass tourism.
Here is a nice bay with lava sand, sun loungers and sunshades. In the town, you can reach everything by foot so that you do not necessarily need a car. In Playa La Arena, there are different restaurants and shops. Furhtermore, there is a dialysis station.
Equipment
The flat has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with single bed and convertible couch and the third one with single bed). The bathrooms have either a shower or a bathtub, washbasin and WC.
In the living room, there are a comfortable rattan sofa with chairs, a table and TV. The American kitchen has everything you need to cook.
From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the sea. A second terrace with shower and washing machine is in the back part of the flat.
A garage is also part of the flat, even if a car is not necessary, due to the central location.
Note
Late arrival in the flat after 10 pm is not possible. Please make sure your flight arrives at TFS at the latest by 8pm.

We really liked the apartment. Well furnished, neat and very central and close to the beautiful beach.
When we were looking at the pictures on your website we didn´t quiet understand the room plan, but in the end we really liked it.
Due to the street, it is a bit noisy in the front bedroom and on the terrace.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
