The holiday flat on the 2nd floor with 1 bedroom belongs to the housing estate with 18 flats in the older part of tho town. The popular fishing town of Playa San Juan with little tourism is located at the south-west coast of Tenerife, the sunniest and warmest climatic zone.
Although the town has been growing over the years, the centre around the plaza and at the seaside remained unspoiled. Holidays in Playa San Juan means to experience the locals and their way of life. You can do this when you go shopping, in bars, cafés or, of course, at one of the fiestas (parties) which are typical for the Canary Islands. Sometimes you can hear Germans or English talking, but there are not many tourists in Playa San Juan. There are a lot of restaurants, several shops and a huge sandy beach with a small port near the house. From the port, you can also make an excursion to the neighbouring Los Gigantes and see some dolphins.

The holiday flat with 1 bedroom offers space for 1-2 people. It disposes of a living room with convertible couch and kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, bar, etc...), a bathroom with integrated shower, washbasin, WC and bidet and a bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe.
Bedlinen, towels, bath and sea towels are there in sufficient quantities.

From the roofed terrace with furniture, you have a wonderful view of the sea.
A large commonly used sun deck with sun loungers and view of the sea and La Gomera is at your disposal, too.
