Property description
The holiday home for 4 people is idyllically and quietly located on the outskirts of San Marcos on the north coast of Tenerife, about 150 metres above the sea and about 5 minutes from Playa San Marcos. From the finca you can walk down to the beach on a small path.
The holiday home belongs to a finca estate with a total of 4 houses, which are all separate from each other. 3 of the holiday houses are detached with their own driveway, entrance and plot. The house described here is a house half with its own terraces and garden area.
The finca is situated in a wonderful location in the midst of nature on a banana platage with typical Canarian vegetation and is suitable for all those who want to enjoy their holiday undisturbed in peace and quiet far away from the hustle and bustle or as a starting point for excursions and hikes.
Equipment
The holiday home offers guests 2 terraces with fantastic view of the ocean and the mountains.
The living room with American kitchen is equipped with a dining table, sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen equipment includes: coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, crockery, pans, etc...
2 bedrooms: one of them with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The whole equipment is well-kept and the country style furniture suits perfectly in the house.
Relax in the garden with fruit trees or on of the two terraces with table, chairs and sun loungers. 1 sun terrace (45m²) with view of the Teide and 1 sun terrace (30m²) with great ocean view.

This is the ninth time we have stayed in a finca on Tenerife and this one was the best of all. The space, the equipment and the local location are simply very good. What we liked very much is that the finca has two terraces, one with a beautiful view of the Teide and one with a view of Playa San Marcos, so you can use one of the two terraces depending on the time of day and the weather. The owner, Mrs Alonso, is friendly, obliging and helpful.

The houses are situated in an area with a beautiful tropical garden surrounded by a banana plantation - with a view of the Teide. Ideal for families with children (absolutely safe) and those looking for a quiet place to stay in the north. The facilities had everything we needed. A small beach with restaurants is within walking distance and the nearest town (Icod) with nice old stall and shopping is 5 mins away by car.

The accommodation was excellent. Plenty of living space, nice kitchen area and two big verandas, one looking towards Teide and the other overlooking the sea. Our host Macu was delightful, looking after us, helping to arrange activities, recommending restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even provided us with a supply of tropical fruit fresh from her Finca.
Superb golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros at Buenavista. Excellent hiking trails from La Caldera and Puerto de Erjos. Tennis court in Garrachico.

A very nice, clean and well furnished holiday home (we had the finca house 3). The sole location with a view of the sea, Teide and the banana plantation is super. Absolutely quiet. We felt very comfortable there. Especially in Corona times and during curfew, we were happy about all the space on the property. The landlady, Macu, is very nice and very concerned about the well-being of her guests. She provided us with many tips and was always helpful. We will definitely come back again.

An absolutely beautiful, well-maintained holiday home that lacks nothing. Great furnishings, super terraces (with views of the sea and Teide). Actually even better than the photos! Very nice landlady who is always available for her guests ( Muchísimas gracias Macu :-) ). Very quiet location, the absolute place to relax. Car required.
