Property description
Depending on the season, the atico holiday flat (similar to a penthouse flat) with huge terrace and balcony provides sun from am to pm. With a clear view you can see all the way to the neighboring island of La Gomera. Quiet often you will experience colorful sunsets.
It´s not directly in the first row to the ocean, but only 100 metres away with beautiful sea view in the new part of Playa San Juan. It is in a 3 storey building with freehold flats. For fresh breakfast rolls you simply leave the building and Stepp into the supermarket next door. The beach is about 5 minutes away.
The popular fishing village Playa San Juan with soft tourism is located in the sun-kissed southwest of Tenerife. Despite its development over the past years, Playa San Juan kept ist southern core.
Spending your holidays in Playa San Juan means getting to know the way of life of the locals. You will experience this when going shopping, in the bars or cafes and, of course, on a typical Canaric fiesta. Sometimes you will hear some German or English words, but in general only few tourists come to Playa San Juan. Playa San Juan has a good infrastructure – shops of any kind, cafes, beautiful restaurants, banks, internet café, jacht harbour and fishing harbour as well as a long bright sandy beach.
Equipment
The beautiful 2 storey atico flat has a balcony and a spacious private roof terrace.
First floor: livingroom, master bedroom, children´s bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Living room with sofa, dining table and satelite TV, open kitchen and the balcony next to it.
Fitted kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, dish washer etc...
Master bedroom with big double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe. Second bedroom with b2 beds. The bathroom has a tub.
Second floor: Small room with washing machine.
The spacious roof terrace provides a sitting area, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and exterior shower. Furthermore you will have a great sea and Teide view. This is where you can get kissed by the sun during breakfast and have a barbecue in the evening.
The balcony as well as the roof terrace come along with a awning. The windows are double-glazed and will protect you from UVA rays.

Very friendly landlady. The apartment is well located, so you can reach everything by walking. The apartment was well equipped even for a longer vacation.
Playa de San Juan is our favorite, because it is still spanish. Restaurants, Bars and more is right around the corner. No Hotels! The hired car was from Plus Car.

The owner welcomed us friendly, we had already a bottle of Cava in our apartment. We felt comfortable in this flat and really liked the village with not that much tourists, it is quieter and unhurried.
We were hiking with Sylvia (www.wanderjule.com), we can recommend her to get the island better to know. Thanks for that.

Even the accommodation is located at a busy street, but the bedrooms are all on the quieter side of the house.
You have to get used to the 50 steps to the housing, but the roof patio is it worth. You can see La Gomera, even La Palma, you have a shower up there and sunshine from the morning till the evening.
The apartment with a balcony with sea view, is well equipped with everything you need in your vacation. On the first floor of the house is a butcher with a small supermarket and a bakery 300 metres away.
In the near of the apartment are also some restaurants and to the beach is it only 100 metres.Our favourite beach is the one in El medano, but only if it is not that windy.
Our favourite restaurant is called "Las Goteras". There you should reserve a table, we could recommend almost every dish from that menu...The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
