Property description
This wonderful holiday home with private pool plus children's pool and a fantastic terrace with sea view is in the idyllic village of Igueste de San Andres. Perfect for those who want an individual holiday, like to hike, are looking for the typical local things, but also want to enjoy privacy and their own pool.
Igueste is an enchanting coastal village in a narrow, green valley. If you are looking for a small village spared from any tourist hustle and bustle, this is the place for you - there is only one road and it ends in the village. In Igueste de San Andrés there is no traffic or car noise, but plenty of fresh air with a healthy sea breeze.
The sea and the beach Playa de Igueste can be easily reached on foot. The bathing bay of la Gaviota with its sandy beach and beach bar is a real insider tip and is only 3 km away. The well-known beach Playa de Las Teresitas in San Andrés is about 7 km away.
You can also quickly reach the popular hiking area of the Anaga Mountains with various levels of difficulty. There is something for every hiker. The Anaga Mountains are one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Tenerife. Large parts of the Parque Rural de Anaga have remained untouched and are under nature protection.
Equipment
The holiday home with 2 floors is located in the first row by the sea, so you will be spoiled with a really beautiful sea view.
On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living area with a music system, DVD, TV and Wi-Fi.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms you will find a double bed, the other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds. There is also a balcony on the upper floor.
The outdoor area of the holiday home is particularly beautiful. There is not only a private pool for adults, but also a children's pool, which is about 50 cm deep. The terrace is fantastic because it is wonderfully large. Besides the various garden furniture, there are sun loungers, a pool bar, a barbecue and a sauna.
Another special feature is that the place is particularly quiet - as it is car-free. Therefore, the rental car must be parked on the outskirts of the village.

Directly by the sea, in beautiful village, kitchen super equipped, everything you need, bathroom very comfortable, very cosy bedrooms, nothing to criticise about the furnishings
