Property description
This luxurious and modern holiday house with Pool is located in a quiet residential area in El Rincon next to La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. The house is fully equipped and offers enough space for up to 10 guests. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
El Rincon: here you will meet almost only locals and a few holidaymakers. There is no hustle and bustle in El Rincon, but there is peace, relaxation, nature and beautiful hiking trails. The village stretches from the sea up towards the mountains and covers the entire green, banana-rich Orotava Valley.
Equipment
Just off the entrance is a very spacious living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed). There is a bedroom with a small sitting area that offers beautiful views and direct access to the garden. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a fully equipped, brightly lit kitchen that leads to the outdoor area with a large dining table, barbecue and the swimming pool.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The master bedroom has a balcony with spectacular views of the Teide and the sea.
In addition, the garage offers ample space for up to three cars. We provide cots, high chairs and anything else you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
