Property description
In the idyllic village of Igueste de San Andres you will find this pretty holiday home with a living area of approx. 70 m² and a large sea view terrace. It is located directly on the pebble beach, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the sandy beach. There is no road in front of the house. You can reach your parking space via a few steps and a short walk of approx. 400 m.
Igueste is an enchanting idyllic mountain village in a narrow, green valley. If you are looking for a small village spared from any tourist hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.
Igueste is not only a quiet holiday village, but also an ideal starting point for various hikes. A walk, about 1 hour, to Playa de Antequera is also worthwhile. The bay with fine lava sand invites you to take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic.
The well-known beach Playa de las Teresitas with fine, light sand from the Sahara and green palm trees, is about 7 kilometres east in San Andres. The almost 2-kilometre-long Playa de las Teresitas on the elongated bay is considered well-kept, and there are plenty of parking spaces and snack bars.
The island's capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

The location of the house is perfect for those who love the sea and tranquillity, as the house is directly by the Atlantic Ocean and there is no car noise.
The living space of the house is divided into two floors. In the basement you will find the living area with a sofa bed, the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, which is separated from the rest of the room by a counter. There is a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower and a laundry room with a washing machine for your use.
On the upper floor of the house you will find the spacious bedroom with a double bed (it consists of two single beds put together), a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, a bedside cabinet and a small table. There is another bathroom upstairs with a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The holiday home has a beautiful furnished terrace and free Wi-Fi.

An amazing location directly by the sea. Great terrace and roof terrace.
Very good location. Facilities good, everything available. Sleeping arrangements a little cramped for 5 people.
