Property description
This cosy holiday flat is located on the top floor of a well-maintained residential complex with swimming pool in Ten-Bel, Las Galletas, a place you will find on the south side of Tenerife.
The complex in which the flat is located is about 15 minutes by car from the airport south and has a community pool.
The former fishing village is now very well developed for tourism. Small fishing boats as well as yachts dock at the harbour and you can buy freshly caught fish at several stalls.
You will find numerous restaurants offering fresh fish dishes, Canarian and international cuisine. There are several shopping centres, shops, promenades and playgrounds. You can easily reach all shopping facilities on foot.
The small beaches of Las Galletas are pristine and rather stony, but you can always find a good place to sunbathe and swim.
A beautiful footpath along the sea leads to the neighbouring village of Costa del Silencio.
The place is ideal for tourists who do not want to stay in the middle of the touristic centres of Las Américas or Los Cristianos, but still want to enjoy the tourist amenities of the places.
Equipment
The flat was recently renovated and was rented out for the first time in summer 2019. On a living area of around 54 square metres, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm each) and a spacious wardrobe. The flat also offers you a storage room. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower. A washing machine is available. In addition to a clothesline, you will also find an ironing board and iron.
Next to the living area with sofa bed (150x190cm) and dining area for 4 persons, there is a well-equipped kitchen. Among other things, you will find an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Small appliances such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker and juicer are also available - as are all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV (TV-Sat 32) with which you can receive international channels. You have internet access ( WiFi), which can be used free of charge.
The flat has a 6 m² terrace with awning. Access to the flat is via an outside staircase.
