Property description
This cosy holiday flat is located on the 1st and therefore top floor of a well-kept residential complex with pool, in Ten-Bel, Las Galletas on the south coast of Tenerife. The residential complex is a quiet, low-rise, private complex with only 2 floors.
The complex, in which the holiday flat is located, is around 15 minutes by car from the south airport and has a communal pool.
The former fishing village is now very well developed for tourism. Small fishing boats and yachts dock at the harbour and there are several stalls selling freshly caught fish.
There are numerous restaurants offering fresh fish dishes, Canarian and international cuisine. There are several shopping centres, shops, promenades and playgrounds. You can easily reach all shopping facilities on foot.
The small beaches of Las Galletas are unspoilt and rather rocky, but you will always find a good place to sunbathe and swim.
A beautiful footpath along the sea leads to the neighbouring village of Costa del Silencio.
The village is ideal for holidaymakers who don't want to stay in the middle of the tourist centres of Las Américas or Los Cristianos but still want to enjoy the tourist amenities of these places.
Equipment
The flat was first let in summer 2019. On a living space of around 54 square metres, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm each) and a spacious wardrobe. The flat also has a storage room. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, washbasin and shower. A washing machine is available. In addition to a washing line, you will also find an ironing board and iron.
A well-equipped kitchen adjoins the living area with sofa bed (150x190cm) and dining area for 4 people. Among other things, you will find an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Small appliances such as a coffee machine, sandwich maker and juicer are also available - as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV (TV-Sat 32) with which you can receive international channels. You have Internet access (WLAN), which can be used free of charge.
The flat has a 6 m² terrace with awning. Access to the flat is via an external staircase.
