Property description
The holiday flat is in a small complex on the second flor, in the sunny south of Tenerife, on the seafront in Playa San Juan. It has a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea.
Playa San Juan is a popular tourist resort, as there has emerged a gentle tourism over the years. The original nucleus of the town has remained around the Plaza and below the sea.
The beach with a small harbor is within walking distance. You can watch romantic fishing boats and swim, always in warm waters and sunbathe, throughout the year. In addition, there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants with WiFi zone in the vicinity. The beach promenade along the sea is ideal for long walks.
Equipment
The 75 square meters flat can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor and is very bright and modern. Through a large balcony door you can even eat and cook looking directly to the Atlantic Ocean. The living and dining area has a cozy couch with satellite TV, a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen which is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and other cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms each one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
From the living area you have access to the balcony with sea view, this provides enough space to relax in the sun and has sun loungers and a table with chairs.
