Everyone who wants to leave the winter behind and wants to enjoy the sun, the ocean and complete relaxation, should spend the holidays in this luxury holiday flat. It is meant for long-term stays and can be booked as from 30 days and more.
The flat is only 20 meters away from the ocean.
There is a lift in the house.
The luxury flat is situated in a housing complex with 3 pools and sun loungers, very close to the ocean and the Teide. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, doctor, hairdresser and a small shopping mile. A golf course, bus station and car rental are not far away either. A parking space is at your disposal directly in front of the house. It is about 15 minutes by car to the airport. That is why you can relax here in complete quietness with only the sound of the sea as your background music.
Equipment
The fully equipped luxury flat was renovated in the year 2010. It has 2 bedrooms. The first one is with a big wardrobe, safe, double bed (2m x 2m) and the second one has one bed (1,50m x 2m) and a LCD-TV.
In the living room you will find a dining area as well as a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: stove, cooker, microwave, big fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Furthermore, there is an iron, satellite TV, a DVD-Player and internet access.
One bathroom has a shower; the other one has a bathtub and a washing machine. The 2 balconies with breakfast table are also part of the flat. You can enjoy the ocean view from the living room as well as from the bedrooms.
