One bedroom holiday flat with view of the sea in Playa San Juan

The holiday flat on the 2nd floor is situated at the sea, in the fishing town Playa San Juan, the sunniest and warmest stretch of coast in Tenerife. Playa San Juan is a popular holiday resort, because there is only little tourism, but the town centre around the Plaza and at the seaside remained unspoilt.
Here in Playa San Juan, you get to know the locals and their way of life, e.g. in shops, at the beach and at traditional parties (Spanish: fiestas).
Restaurants, diverse shops, a new beach and a small port are near the holiday flat. You can walk along the seafront and there are also playgrounds for small children. At the port, you can also make an excursion to Los Gigantes, where you can watch dolphins, with a little bit of luck.

The flat has one bedroom, with enough space for up to 2 people and a small child, as well as a living space with a kitchen (stove with ceran hotplate, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, dining table, etc.).
The flat contains also a bathroom with bath tub (shower integrated), washbasin, WC and bidet.
The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed.
The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
The terrace with fantastic view of the sea is furnished with terrace furniture.
The beach and the seafront are only about 300 metres away.
