Property description
The cottage is located just 130m above sea level on a 8000qm Finca with piscina between Los Silos and Buenavista, in the green north of Tenerife. The cottage, which is actually a small casita (span.: cottage is on 3 sides towards free), include an approximately 12 square meters large, typical Canarian patio, that is averse from the windward side and has its own about 40 square meters large sunny garden with deck furniture and on request also a barbecue.
The Finca is a great starting point for hiking, as the magnificent mountains of Teno with its popular masca valley is in a close proximity. The golf course and kayak rentals in Buena Vista for example or the diving club in Los Silos are just a short drive away.
Equipment
The casita has 65 square meters living area divided into a kitchen, the living and dining area, a separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower, large mirror and WC.
The interior is lined with wooden planks, what is really rare to find in the island, but it's known to provide a comfortable living experience. Another highlight is the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coast, wich you can enjoy from all guest rooms, thanks to the large panoramic window.
The cottage, which is actually a small casita (span.: cottage is on 3 sides towards free), include an approximately 12 square meters large, typical Canarian patio, that is averse from the windward side and has its own about 40 square meters large sunny garden with deck furniture and on request also a barbecue. Also has satellite TV, a radio and Internet access with 6 MB performance. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, juice maker, 4-burner gas stove, oven, toaster and other necessary items.
✓ If required, electric heating and an ironing set are provided. A daily fee of 4 euros is charged for the heating.
✓ The landlord will be happy to do the laundry on request, 9 euros will be charged per machine.
✓ Bed linen and towels are changed once a week on request.
✓ A cot and playpen for children are available on request, as is a high chair.

Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und zu Hause. Sie haben uns bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen, Tips gegeben, und am Ostersonntag mit zwei frischgebackenen Osterhasen überrascht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und perfekt eingerichtet; es ist an alles gedacht, sogar Handtücher für den Strand liegen bereit. Das Haus selbst steht am Hang, in einer ehemaligen Bananenplantage, mit herrlichem Fernblick aufs Meer. Das Tenogebirge beginnt quasi hinterm Haus, es ist für Bergwanderer ein Eldorado, etliche Touren kann man ohne große Anfahrt unternehmen.
Wir können dieses Objekt ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

The holiday home and its owner were really nice and polite. All our wishes were realised and extra wishes for example to rent a bike or to print our flight tickets were satisfied aswell.
We were comfortable in the Casita, the interior is classy and full of details, the hirer made a really good breakfast (including a smoothie)we enjoyed every morning.
The setting of the kitchen was versatile, the Casita on the holiday home is a little bit seperate with a great sea view and a little garden. If you are not in the mood for cooking in the kitchen, there is also the possibilty to have a bbq or close local restaurants to achieve by car.
Good hints from the hirer were helpful refering some shops, restaurants, ways to go and other nice places to go.
Even it should be not that warm in the night it is beautiful to enjoy a wine or beer on the terrace.
No matter if you want to go hiking or skorkeling both possibilties are given in Santiago 20 minutes away.
We are really thankful for that great vacation and will come back every time.Hint for a good restaurant:
