Property description
This holiday property is not located in the main building of the hotel. It is a private accommodation in the owner's area of the hotel complex. There is a separate entrance for the owners and their guests. You do not have to go through the hotel complex to get to or from the holiday home.
La Quinta Park is a very popular terraced house complex with an attached 4-star hotel, large, very well-maintained and with beautiful gardens and several swimming pools. The quiet, idyllic location, below Santa Ursula and above the Atlantic Ocean, with its wonderful sea view is particularly noteworthy. The houses are arranged in terraces here. At the very end of the "bungalow row", is where this modern designed bungalow with 2 private terraces and a dreamlike sea view is located.
All the facilities of La Quinta Park are at your disposal. The complex includes two swimming pools, one of which has a very large heated pool. There are also plenty of sun loungers available. The complex also includes a reception, lifts, a restaurant, a bar, a mini-market and a hairdresser. For a reasonable fee, you can use the spa area with indoor pool, two whirlpools, templarium with extra whirlpool, sauna and steam bath, or play various sports such as tennis, squash, fitness, mini golf or billiards. The cafe by the pool is open again ... from Wednesday to Sunday from 09.30 to 21.00 o'clock.
Note: As the hotel is located further up, you will hear almost nothing of what is going on, so even though it is a complex, you can have an undisturbed, relaxing holiday here!
Equipment
In 2014, the bungalow was completely renovated and refurbished both outside and inside. The furniture is also new (2018).
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), the third bedroom has a single bed (1.20m wide). There are also built-in wardrobes in each bedroom.
The living room is equipped with 2 couches, a stereo system (IPhone/IPad station), CD player and radio. There is also a TV (50 inch HD-TV) with SAT connection. The available WIFI is received via a DSL connection with 10 Mbit and is free of charge. The dining area offers space for 5 people and is integrated into the living room. There is also an air conditioner in the living room for heating, cooling or dehumidifying the air.
The well-equipped kitchen is separate from the living and dining area. The equipment includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, coffee maker, juicer, toaster and kettle. Everyday utensils are also available.
One of the two bathrooms has a shower, washbasin and WC and the other has a bathtub (integrated shower), WC, 2 washbasins and washing machine.
The outdoor area was also renewed during the renovation and refurbishment. There are now two terraces on 70m² . A smaller terrace with a breakfast table for 4 people and the large sun terrace with a table for 6 people, 2 sun loungers and a breathtaking sea view. The gas barbecue and the gas bottles are provided by the owner so that nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening.
Everything has been thought of in this bugalow, even small details, such as a shopping trolley, since the bungalow is not located on a road.

Very good location with excellent views of the Atlantic.
We felt at home as soon as we entered the property. The care and support from the landlords is personal and very pleasant. The landlord is always available for any questions. The equipment is complete and leaves nothing to be desired.

The location of the flat is great. Many excursion destinations are within easy reach.
In addition to the comfortable furnishings of the flat, the kitchen deserves a special mention. Since we cooked regularly ourselves, we were pleased with the abundant kitchen utensils. There were also many spices available. Top !!!!

Beautifully situated at the end of a row of holiday homes in a lovely complex. From the terrace beautiful view to the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.
Extremely well equipped holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Generous wardrobe space in the bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. And the wine and water was a very hospitable welcome gift.

Super terrace with great sea view. The house is super and very well equipped. Everything is very tastefully furnished and there is a lot of space.
The possibility to use the hotel facilities was great. We were often in the pool and used the ping pong tables and the pool tables. The older son was often in the gym (one week 20 euros). The hotel restaurant offers good, reasonably priced food in a casual atmosphere during the day. In the evening, there is the possibility to watch the hotel's entertainment programme.

The location below the hotel complex La Quinta Park is quiet, undisturbed by the hotel hustle and bustle and at the same time enables the use of the hotel's facilities. We enjoyed the view of the sea from the sun terrace. You can get to Puerto de La Cruz very quickly, but also to the North Airport, La Laguna and the island's capital - ideal for excursions.
The house - and especially the kitchen - is perfectly equipped, there is really nothing missing. The rooms are very well maintained and lovingly decorated. No kitsch! The quality of the beds convinced us.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

Location is very good and nice and quiet. A rental car is recommended (cheap to get!).
This was one of the most beautiful holidays in a long time, the house is very clean and superbly equipped (great furniture, huge flat screen, music system, gas grill, etc.), you have your peace, you can use the great pool from the hotel 2 minutes away, just great! And then this large terrace with this mega great view and especially the romantic sunsets, madness! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, everything was clean. For five people, a slightly larger table inside would be a bit better, but it was fine for a quick breakfast. We were very satisfied overall and would come back anytime.
