Playa San Juan is a popular holiday resort. This private 2 bedroom penthouse apartment on the third floor will inspire you. The elevator takes you right outside the front door. Note: For people who have problems with walking, there is a staircase in the house which leads into the lower rooms.

Away from the mass tourism on the southwest coast of Tenerife is the beautiful fishing village of Playa San Juan. It is located in one of the best climate zones on the island. The newly established sandy beach can be found just a few minutes by foot. Furthermore you will find a small fishing port and a wonderful pavement, which leads you directly along the sea. The way brings you to a big Plaza with benches and big trees where you can relax.

At this place you will find everything your heart desires: bizarre lava formations in the Atlantic Ocean, narrow streets, all kind of small shops, bars and fish restaurants with freshly caught fish. You will feel the special flair of this place, but of cause the city has become more modern over the years.

The living spaces of the penthouse are spread over 2 floors. You have a access to the terrace from the living room and kitchen. The apartment is beautifully and harmoniously furnished.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 large terraces. Besides there is a living room with large glass door to the terrace, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with international channels and internet connection.

The kitchen is well furnished, including ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom with double bed (1.80 mx 1.90 m) has its own bathroom with whirlpool and bidet. The other two bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

In front of the living room is a large terrace with sea view, which is a bit limited, but can still be described as a beautiful sea view.

Thanks to the central location, you do not need a rental car to go to the beach or go shopping. Enjoy your time off. Take a refreshing swim in the ocean, a nice walk, a good meal or just visit the typical weekly market on the beautiful beach promenade!

There are many shops, supermarkets (with fresh fruits), bakeries, pharmacies, beauty salons, fashion stores and hairdressers in Playa San Juan. Furthermore good restaurants for example fish restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, bars and a South American tapas bar.
