Property description
This holiday home with heated pool and a living area of about 350 m² is located in the popular area between Santa Ursula and El Rincon. The holiday home offers a wonderful outdoor area and a great view of the sea.
There are several restaurants in the vicinity of the holiday home. The village of Santa Ursula (approx. 2 km away) is a typical Spanish village that has not yet been spoiled by tourism. There are many small restaurants and shops here. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to Puerto de la Cruz and Orotava, both beautiful places with flair. La Victoria and St. Ursula are about 2 km away.
The beaches on the coast are: Playa El Ancón (approx. 2km), Playa Los Patos, Playa de el Bollullo, seawater swimming pool Lago Martianez and the beach Playa Jardin in Puerto de la Cruz. Various water sports are possible on the beaches, the island is very versatile, there are great hiking routes along the sea or in the mountains. The Canadas, a World Heritage Site, are famous.

A little below the beautiful village of Santa Ursula, in the green and scenic north of the island is where you will find this holiday home with a large garden, a heated pool, sun loungers, a terrace, several seating areas, a beautiful barbecue area and a magnificent panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the north coast, the mountains and the Teide.
The kitchen is well equipped - perfect for hobby cooks. The living area has a stereo system, satellite TV and internet. Bathroom, bedroom etc. are modernly furnished.
