South-west Tenerife holiday flat 2 bedroom by the sea

In this house with 8 holiday flats is situated directly by the sea on the south-west coast of Tenerife in Playa San Juan. The town has little tourism, so most of the inhabitants are locals.
Within a few minutes, you reach by foot a new beach, as well as a small fishing port and a very beautiful walk along the sea, leading to the wonderful, big Plaza with benches in the shade of big, old trees. You can find remarkable lava formations in the Atlantic and the surroundings, a small port, narrow streets und walks, small shops of all kinds, bars and fish restaurants where you get fresh fish. Thus you get an impression of the unspoilt charakter of this fishing town, although the town has been modernized over the years.

These holiday flats have 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The kitchens are equipped with oven, 4 ceran hotplates (with gas), refrigerator/freezer combination and all necessary kitchen utensils. The living room is equipped with wooden furniture, convertible couch (5th place to sleep), Sat TV and a dining table.

The bathroom contains bathtub with integrated shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Some flats have an inner courtyard with a clothes horse, others have a tumble dryer.
Just around the corner, there is a bakery.

Each flat has its own balcony from where you have a wonderful view of the sea.

Hint of the owner: The flat has got a basic equipment of towels, dish towels and bath towels. If you would like to have the towels changed or if you need more of them, please ask for new laundry by the owner Carla. For bedlinen it is the same.

For arrivals after 22:30, a fee of 30 € will be charged.
