The beautiful studio offers a 30m² rooftop terrace and is located near the sea in Playa San Juan. The flat is oriented to the south so that you can enjoy the sun on the terrace the whole day. From the side you can see the sea and the Teide. All shopping facilities are just around the corner. The beach is reachable in about 7 minutes in foot.

Playa San Juan offers a beautiful plaza, narrow streets and small shops. Therefore it is an idyllic village, which never lost its original charme. Here you are going to meet predominantly inhabitants. The beach and the fishing harbour encourage you to go for a pleasant walk. Playa San Juan is furthermore an ideal starting point for several hiking tours and boat trips. In the village you find a beach, a small harbour, good restaurants, cafes and bars.

The studio is beautifully designed and consists of a combined sleeping and livingroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with douche. Parts of the furnishment are a double bed, a large wardrobe and an dining corner. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, coffe machine, kettle and other kitchen utensils. In the outdoor are you find the large and beautiful terrace with sun beds and covered sitting corner.

In the village you find plenty shopping facilities, a small supermarket around the corner and several good restaurants and tapas bars. On wednesdays there is a little weekly market at the church square.
