Property description
Stylish, well-maintained flat with a terrace that stands out for its central location in La Arena / Puerto Santiago on the south coast of Tenerife.
The flat is located in a beachfront Edificio, in which predominantly locals live, about 100 meters away from the sea, a beautiful plaza and a promenade. Here you experience sympathetic, southern flair!
You do not need a car here, as many shops, restaurants and cafes and bus stops are within walking distance. If you still arrive with a rental car, the flat has its own parking space in the garage. The entrance can be opened / closed with a remote control. An elevator will take you to the 3rd floor where your flat is located.
Equipment
The living room is equipped with a chic dining group, satellite TV, radio - CD - USB and Wi-Fi.
The stylish built-in kitchen is integrated in the living space and includes many household appliances, e.g. coffee machine for filter coffee and Nespresso machine (Nespresso capsules available from the landlord), blender, lemon squeezer, egg cooker, safe and much more is available.
The bedroom has a large double bed with 2 single mattresses on single slatted frames (90x200 cm). Shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine and even terry towels and a hairdryer are in the bathroom.
The walk-in terrace from the living room and the bedroom is furnished with a sofa and 2 relaxation loungers. You have a side sea view. The awnings are adjustable for shading according to your desire and well-being.
For '' sunbathing '' and of course for swimming, it is best to use the large wonderful pool area. Own beach chairs with cushions are available on the pool terrace, so there is no scramble for the sun loungers.

✓ Provision of liquid dishwashing detergent, kitchen roll, toilet paper, hygiene hand gel.
✓ Consumption costs for electricity and tap water are included in the daily rent.

The holiday flats are perfect for those who do not want to live directly in the party mile, but want to reach everything within walking distance. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Even beach towels, washing powder and a small selection in the fridge.
Helga and Günther responded promptly to all enquiries and had nice tips for us. Landlords you would wish for.

The holiday accommodation was close to the sea, which we particularly appreciated. We could even hear the surf at night with the balcony doors slightly open! We received a very warm welcome. In the evening we met the landlady at a petrol station near the motorway exit and she guided us to the accommodation. That was really very accommodating! Straight into the underground car park of the apartment complex (which is very practical... a safe parking space in a cool and sheltered place. The flat really left nothing to be desired! Very, very clean and totally nicely and practically and comfortably furnished! The balcony is also very inviting to stay and relax! Because the weather was so nice and warm and we liked to be out and about or on the beach, there was not even time to lie by the pool during the 14 days. If we come to the same area again next year, we would like to come back to Helga and Günther!

We spent 4 beautiful and sunny weeks in the flat. The flat was described completely correctly, but above all the description was not exaggerated. The flat is very beautiful, lovingly and tastefully furnished. It was very clean and everything is of very good quality. This also applies to the kitchen, which was also very well equipped. We felt comfortable right from the start. There are very good shopping facilities in the vicinity (supermarket and vegetable and fruit shop). The whole building and the pool area are very well maintained. We will gladly come back.

The size of the flat is perfect for two people, super modern and perfectly equipped. Very clean and well maintained so that we immediately felt at home. There is everything you could possibly need - various dishes, pots, pans, glasses and everything from a mixer, scales to a milk frother is there! You can feel that the landlords really put their heart and soul into the furnishings and equipment. Really impressed.
The landlady was extremely cordial.
It is especially nice that you can look directly from the balcony to the sea and in about 4 minutes walk you are already at the sea.
If you are looking for a flat for 2 people, appreciate cleanliness and well thought-out furnishings, and just want to feel good all around, we can only warmly recommend this flat.
There is a supermarket about 3 minutes away (very practical), the beach, restaurants and shops are not far away and there is a bus stop, a car rental company and a provider for excursions, trekking tours and airport transfers nearby. We used both and were very satisfied.
