Property description

The holiday flat is located in the popular fishing town of Playa San Juan with little tourism at the south-west coast of Tenerife, the sunniest and warmest climatic zone of the island.

Although the town has been growing over the years, the centre around the plaza and at the seaside remained unspoiled. Holidays in Playa San Juan means to experience the locals and their way of life. You can experience their lifestyle by going to bars, restaurants, cafes or go out at night to one of the typical "fiestas" of the Canary Islands.

There are many restaurants, several shops and a huge sandy beach with a small port close to the house. From the port, you can can make excursions to the neighbour island "Los Gigantes" and see some dolphins on the way.

The flats with one bedroom are located on the first and second floor.

Equipment

The flats with 1 bedroom offers space for 1-2 people. It is equipped with a living room with convertible couch, kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, bar, etc...), a bathroom with integrated shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and a bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedlinen, towels, bath and sea towels are available in sufficient quantities.

Each flat has a balcony with table and 2 chairs (side sea view).

The accommodation was very clean and was maintained extremely well by the cleaners
The landlord provided a cordial welcome on arrival and described and demonstrated the apartment functions.She was quick to supply basic items that were not in the apartment e.g kettle, iron corkscrew.
I liked the frequent towel change and general cleanliness best
El Medano is worth a visit - we stayed a week prior to arriving in San Juan
Jamon Jamon is a good restaurant that features Spanish Flamingo dancing on Sundays
